LIVE MUSIC is an essential element for your wedding day. James performs the traditional wedding music - and everything from Renaissance & Celtic to Spanish, jazz standards, original, and popular music. Live musicians add a very real energy and make your event even more special for your guests. Live musicians can time the music to fit all situations during the ceremony - something pre-recorded music just can'd do. Don't forget musicians for your reception/cocktail hour and first dance. James & Chandriee perform a fusion of pop/rock, jazz and Latin styles.
Music sets the framework for your wedding. From the
prelude music as your guests arrive - to the postlude as
your guests depart. James performs as a soloist; or with a
vocalist, flautist or violinist. The beauty of Colorado
is perfect for your destination wedding - and the Classical
guitar is perfect for your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinners
and brunches.

The Classical Guitar is the most romantic of instruments. Spanish, Renaissance, Baroque and Classical music are an integral part of the guitar's standard repertoire. Celtic, jazz and popular music are also a large part of his repertoire. Discreet amplification is available for any size venue - and for Colorado's scenic outdoor venues, a battery powered amp is available.

Choosing your Music

The basic wedding performance includes 15 minutes for your prelude music, the ceremony music, and 15 minutes after your ceremony as your guests mingle and depart. The most important selections for you to consider are your processional, recessional and a song during your ceremony. Prelude/postlude music is usually chosen by style. Some like the traditional Classical/Baroque - others go with Celtic, Renaissance, Spanish, popular or original music. You are, of course, welcome to choose specific songs from the repertoire list or commission an arrangement of your special song.

After you commit, James will send you the contract/information form. He will hold your day pending arrival of the signed contract and deposit (half of total fee).
